Happy Wednesday! Today we drew our observations of Freddy the frog for sign-in. Can you believe that Freddy grew even more overnight?!
The Frog Alphabet was today's story. We learned about all different types of frogs and went through the entire alphabet!
We visited centers today. Ask your child which center he/she visited.
The first center played a game where they rolled a color die and fed their frog that color of bug. After their frog's belly was full, they counted and graphed each color bug that the frog ate. We talked about which color there was more or less of.
The second center colored and cut out the parts of a frog. Then they glued them together to create a frog.
The third center drew their favorite pond animal. Then they helped write about what their favorite pond animal is.
After centers, we played.
At closing circle, the students enjoyed playing frog color memory.
Have a great evening! :)
