During circle time, the children listened to the story The Big Orange Splot.
The children also reviewed "Mat Man."
We sorted pictures into the house with a rhyming match on it.
Then we visited centers. Ask your child which center he/she visited today.
The first center completed a picture of his/her family and helped to label each family member.
The second center reviewed shapes while making a letter Hh shape house for their alphabet books.
The third center completed some fine motor assessments (cutting, coloring, name writing, and drawing a self-portrait).
Then we played in the classroom to work on further developing our social skills.
After snack, we shared some of our turkey family projects. There have been many creative ideas! Those that did not share today will get a chance to share their projects tomorrow.
We also practiced our songs for the 4K Holiday Program.
Tomorrow is picture retake day and book check-out.
