The Night Before the Valentine Party

Happy Wednesday! There was a substitute teacher in the classroom again today so there are not many pictures from the day!

The children listened to the story The Night Before Valentine's Day. They are excited about our classroom party tomorrow!

We also sang the song "HEART" to the tune of "Bingo."

Then we visited centers. Ask your child which center he/she visited today.

The first center measured different sized hearts using conversation heart candy.

The second center make a valentine song booklet.

The third center completed some portfolio assessments.

Then we played.

After snack, we worked on making a special valentine card to give to someone we love a lot! Check your child's folder! That special person may be you! :)

Tomorrow is our valentine party!
